Edward Bahl is the Founder and CEO of Global Petroleum Resources, LLC and Co-Founder and Senior Partner of JOEB. He specifically concentrates on the acquisition and delivery of D2 Diesel, JP54, JP8, Jet A, Mazut 100 and SLCO for clients globally.

Mr. Bahl's network includes major refineries both domestically and internationally, independent oil companies, hedge funds, airlines, foreign governments and US heads-of-state.

As a former IT industry executive, Edward Bahl is currently working with IT developers to build the proprietary Internet based "Petroleum Product Verification and Acquisition System" that will eliminate the fraud involved in buying and selling crude and refined petroleum products (i.e., D2, JP54, M100, etc.) globally. "This system will provide "members" with extensive information that will assist in qualifying and verifying whether END BUYERS and SELLERS are legitimate, as well provide a history of their performance states Mr. Bahl."

Mr. Bahl was formerly active in the IT industry as Founder, and CEO of The Technology Group from 1991 to 2004, and CEO of TechConnect USA from 2004 to 2007. He has held various executive positions in the IT industry with companies like McDonnell Douglas and Computer Horizons as well as advisory positions with a number of Information Technology companies.

Mr. Bahl holds a BS degree in Computer Management Science as well as an MBA. He served as honorary state chairman for the US Small Business Advisory Committee in 2002. His efforts and contributions were also recognized by the National Congressional Committee in the Wall Street Journal. Joe Ochoa has over 25 years experience in business, marketing and investment property consulting and is Senior Partner and serves as Board of Director of various companies. He has been instrumental in negotiating large projects and business ventures, land acquisitions/project funding for private/public industry throughout the United States. Mr. Ochoa has worked as a business consultant in Chicago, Milwaukee, Evansville, San Antonio, Dallas and other cities in the USA. He presently consults for various green energy and technology companies. His present experience is as Senior Partner for: Innovative Technology Resources Inc. (ITR), TxEvents Marketing Group, Inc. (TEG), Joint Opportunities Equity Business (JOEB), and CEO of JLO Production Consultants. Mr. Ochoa serves as Senior Partner providing product and commodity import/export trading to China, Malaysia, South Africa, Vietnam, Israel and Mexico.

Currently Mr. Ochoa is headquartered with ITR in Dallas, Texas. As Vice President/Partner of ITR, Inc., he is involved in investment ventures of solar, wind, fuel, water and other green technologies. He also is Senior Partner in O&P Enterprises, LTD-Hong Kong a beverage distributor headquartered in Hong Kong. Mr. Ochoa also serves as President and founder of TEG Inc., a national marketing and special events company. He owns and operates JOEB an international import/export trading company in Clearwater Beach, Florida, Colorado. He has over 20+ years in marketing and advertising and is past co-founder of the IFL indoor football league in Texas. He has been involved in the import/export trade for over twelfth (12) years.
